Terms of Service
We cover your items and property for damages. However following points are worth noticing.
- Dent, holes, broken items are considered as damages however scuff marks or scratches are not considered as damages.
- We carry fragile items like baby. Fragile items specially glasses, mirrors, LCDs, Plasmas are wrapped in vehicle like baby. But irrespective of fact how careful we are, if the items are not professionally packed or packed as brand new items, for insurance purposes, we can not accept responsibility for them.
- If the boxes are packed or unpacked by the customer, we are only responsible for the contents of the box if the box is physically damaged.
- We give customer full opportunity to ascertain the condition of the items once we finish the job. Once we leave the property of customer at the end of the job, we can not accept responsibility for breakeages reported afterwards.
- We are movers. We can accept responsibility if the item that we move breaks but no responsibility can be taken in relation to the mechanism inside the item.
